carlos is a chef and a student of the culinary arts. He writes about food, drink, and life in The Paris Review online magazine.
Although his career has taken him from California to New York, he still gets a kick out of exploring his home city. We recently had the pleasure of spending a few days with him, and he generously accepted our invitation to let us eat his food and watch him cook.
Carlos is a real foodie by nature. He is a chef and a student at the Culinary Institute of America, where he teaches courses in cooking techniques, and his favorite courses are how to cook well, how to use natural ingredients, and how to take the best from the finest places in the world. We got to taste his specialty, a seafood salad, and his dessert, chocolate mousse, and he was able to speak about some of the things he likes to cook.
Carlos’ food is always delicious, but his desserts are what really impresses you. His chocolate mousse (custard, I think) is a combination of chocolate, meringue, and coconut, and his mousse pops in your mouth like a sweet dream. He also has an amazing chai tea latte and a delicious chocolate mousse.
I don’t usually like chocolate, but I love Carlos’ chai tea latte. It was creamy, sweet, and full of chai, all in one smooth drink. I really liked his chocolate mousse and the meringue too. We were so excited to try the meringue dessert, and it was a big hit with all the guests at dinner. I’ll have to try it again.
Carlos is a sweet and sexy man who has a love of chocolate, coffee, and chocolate mousse. He’s also one of the most skilled people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is a really nice guy as well. I don’t know why he gets all the attention in the movie. Maybe he’s been acting so well since he’s been in the movie.
I love Carlos and I think he really deserves all the attention in the movie. He is an amazing actor. He is my favorite character in the movie. I hope this movie gets a ton of attention, because he deserves it.
Carlos is a really smart (and, I think, quite handsome) man, but he keeps getting confused when it comes to a certain chocolate mousse. I have to admit that some of my favorite quotes are from the movie (and, as you might have guessed, he is one of them) but I just can’t get it.
Just like his character, Carlos can’t get distracted. The movie is full of car chase scenes and I think I would have liked this movie even better if I knew what was going to happen in them. If the film had been more focused on the plot, maybe I would have enjoyed it more, but it ends up being so much more than that.
Carlos is the one guy who is more than willing to take risks for the love of chocolate. His car chase scene in The Big Lebowski is one of the most memorable moments of my life and he does it with aplomb. The more I think about it the more I like his behavior and I wish I had his confidence in my abilities as a racing driver. Unfortunately, his confidence goes out the window when he’s racing cars in the snow.
