mushroom cartoon

This mushroom cartoon was sent to my phone by my friend, Ryan who has become a true friend over the years. I use this as a lighthearted reminder daily, and it helps me not to get too caught up in the details of the day.

You know how often you hear or read about someone who has a major medical problem, and then it gets solved? Well, that’s just what happened to me. I had a surgery several years ago, and while I was in the hospital I began to get an intense headache. A lot of people thought I was having a stroke and went to get me to come to the hospital. While it was happening, I was talking on the phone and then suddenly all my words were gone.

It’s called aphasia, a language disorder where we lose the ability to communicate. Some think it’s a common side effect of a procedure like a stent, but it can be anything from a stroke to a brain tumor. Aphasics are sometimes referred to as “talk-and-write” or “brain-to-brain” aphasics.

Well I suppose if you had a stroke or a brain tumor you might think its a good idea to do the Aphasia Treatment, but I would say the treatment is pretty useless when it comes to recovery, so I do not feel it was necessary.

If you have a brain tumor it is good to do the Aphasia Treatment, but if you do not have one I would say you do not need to do the Aphasia Treatment.

When you’re dealing with aphasia, you can’t speak to a person or ask them to give you a written list of what is wrong with you. You can only talk to a person and ask them to tell you what’s wrong. Aphasia is often confused with stroke, which is an irreversible brain damage caused by a stroke.

So what did aphasia actually do to my speech? My speech is still there, but in the right way. And I can still remember things. This is because aphasia is caused by damage to the areas of the brain that control speech. I can recall the context of what I said to a person.

Aphasia is a form of speech impairment where parts of the brain are damaged. The brain does not work normally. Sometimes only speech is affected. Sometimes speech works but the person cannot talk at all. Usually the person will also not be able to walk normally. The problem is that even though people can still understand what they’re saying, they may not be able to use it correctly. Aphasia is the inability to speak due to damage to the brain.

Aphasia is caused by damage to the brain. It is a very common condition and can be difficult to diagnose. Aphasia can affect a person’s ability to speak, read, write, and even hear. In fact, in just a few weeks I’ve seen a significant increase in the number of people in my office with aphasia.
