St. Louis Blues Twitter is a blog I started and run called St. Louis Blues. The blog is more of a news website than a sports site, but there are a few cool things about it. First and foremost, the St. Louis Blues are my favorite sports team. Second, I don’t care what the media says. I love my team, and I love this blog, so I’m gonna keep it up.

So for the past few weeks, St. Louis Blues writer/blogger/author St. Louis Blues (and the rest of the Blues faithful) has been tweeting about life as a sports fan, and in particular, about the St. Louis Blues (or at least the Blues’ Twitter followers). We’re all about keeping up a running stream of St. Louis Blues news, and the tweets have been getting to be pretty exciting.
I was particularly taken by a tweet last week from a St. Louis Blues follower about a new game being announced. The Twitter account of that NBA basketball team is called The St. Louis Hawks, and according to the tweets, they will be announcing a game called the Phoenix Suns. The link to the announcement is here. The NBA blog also notes that the NBA will be announcing the NBA 2K11 game at 10 p.m. ET on August 20th.
Well that is some exciting news! It is a game that is supposed to be a first-person, free-flowing, team-controlled experience. It is also a game that is supposed to be the most popular sports/games in the world. We were expecting that some of that would be true for it, but we haven’t seen a lot yet.
This is exactly what I was talking about earlier, in that the game actually has a lot of buzz and hype surrounding it. The hype, in fact, has never been higher. With the latest news of the Phoenix Suns getting a team in next year’s league, an announcement is expected soon. In the interim, we now have a game that is supposed to be the most popular sports game on the planet.
Although we haven’t seen the game, there have been hints of its existence. One of these is the fact that it is being developed by the same team as NBA 2K16, the game that was officially announced last week. A lot of the buzz surrounding 2K16 is that it will be the first game to have a motion capture feature, meaning it will be able to really show what a player looks like.
The 2K16 team is a very unique group of people, though. They are extremely accomplished athletes, but they are an incredibly young team, which is one of the reasons why 2K16 is so important. Because 2K16 is being developed by a very young team, there is a lot of ground to make up. This includes a team of people who are really dedicated to working on the game.
The team behind 2K16 are very busy. Their team includes some top athletes, and they’re all incredibly passionate about their work. They’ve been working hard since 2011 to figure everything out. 2K16 is still very much a work in progress, but they’re really trying to make it perfect.
